Guide

Guides coming from an EU Member State to the territory of the Republic of Lithuania for temporary and occasional guide services are required to submit a prior written declaration (Lithuanian / English form). The declaration is updated once a year if the guide intends to provide services temporarily and occasionally during that year.

More information and documents shall be submitted

EU Member States, European Economic Area States, Swiss Confederation, third countries citizens who have the right to move within Member States under EU law, have the right to apply to the National Consumer Rights Protection Authority (hereinafter – SCRPA) to be recognized as a tour guide qualification which was acquired in another Member State or outside European Union, European Economic Area and Swiss Confederation. Recognition of the professional qualification of a tour guide in another Member State allows working as the guide in the Republic of Lithuania.
